Jason began his professional career working in law enforcement. After graduating from the Police Academy in 2005, he worked with a rural Sheriff's Office for about 10 years before moving on to a Police Department in a large hospital system. In that time, he learned all the little tricks of the trade police use, and the common errors they make.

About halfway through his career in law enforcement, Jason had also come to fully realize the many problems within the law enforcement field. He also realized that those problems could not be fixed from within and decided to make the leap into courtroom.

Though there were many bumps and delays along the way, Jason completed his undergraduate education in 2016 and started law school just as the COVID19 outbreak came into full swing in 2020.

Believing there was just one path for him to take with his legal education, Jason concentrated on criminal law coursework, including significant time working with his law school's innocence clinic before graduating in 2023.

The somewhat unique combination of education and experience placed him in a great position to defend those accused by the government, both in criminal matters and immigration. He will fight to ensure your rights are protected.
